Bob Copper owns Self Storage 101, a leading consulting firm specializing in operational improvement, training, audits, feasibility and market studies and due diligence projects.  Bob has worked with 100’s of owners and managers to improve their sales abilities, collections techniques and overall operational expertise. As a self-storage owner, Bob has a unique perspective as it relates to working with other operators and he has provided oversight to industry leaders in such areas as strategic growth, staff effectiveness, marketing, asset value improvement and acquisitions.  Bob formerly worked as a regional manager for Metro Storage,  and as a district manager for Public Storage.  He also has extensive experience conducting market & feasibility studies as well as countless due diligence projects.

Bob Vamvas owns Storage Revenue Solutions which specializes in working with industry leaders on approaches to increasing revenue.  Trained and certified in areas such as management consulting,  process development, and sales development Bob has worked in both the private and public sectors.  Mr. Vamvas is the former Regional Practice Leader of Learning and Development for Deloitte and Touche, Section Supervisor of Learning and Development for Exxon and National Sales Manager for XPS Call Center Services.  He has extensive experience in performance management systems, operational excellence, sales and marketing, competency analysis, communication strategies, coaching and counseling.
